| Our global headquarters and primary packing plant are located in Temecula, situated in Southern California’s Riverside County. This strategic location puts us at the heart of California’s avocado growing region and facilitates worldwide transport logistics through excellent access to major marine, highway and air transport hubs. |

| Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico |
| Our subsidiary, Grupo West Pak de Mexico, operates and owns an efficient, world-class packing house in Uruapan, situated in the Mexican state of Michoacán. From Uruapan, avocados are packed for Mexican consumption, as well as for export to the United States and to overseas markets. |

| To further ensure a continuous supply of high quality product year-round, West Pak maintains strong relationships with avocado growers in central Chile, and we actively manage these orchards in partnership with grove owners. Our Chilean crop is destined primarily for North American markets. |
